This book has been a life saver for me. I have been implementing the tips in this book with AMAZING success. It's funny, a lot of the tips included within in the book might seem to be common sense, but I just never thought of them before. My sleep quality lately has been amazing, and I can't wait to see the long-term results.

A useful guide to impriving an area of our life that we rarely pay attention to...

I heard about a millionaire who was asked about the five things everyone should do start succeeding. He replyed with five advices for good health, because health is essential for being productive and reaching your goals. Danny Flood gives some quite useful info on how to menage your energy levels through the day and how to regenerate it properly during night time. What I like about the way he writes in this book (as well as in his previous one) is that, instead of burying you into countless scientific terms, Danny does all the research and gives you the selftested results. While reading "Hack Sleep" I learned:
- how different sleep is during different parts of the day;
- what hormones are responsible for good/bad sleep and how to control them;
- useful tricks like the pineapple and the art of napping;
- what is the difference between deep sleep and REM sleep;
- self-hypnosis technique, different than mine;
- new facts about the art of lucid dreaming.
The "Hack Sleep" book is not just a fun thing to just read once. It can give you advice on reaching a goal in the long term. I recommend you to give it a try. In my opinion it is worth the time.

I found the book easy and enjoyable to read

I found the book easy and enjoyable to read. The first chapter/introduction however, was not indicative of the rest of the book. I mention this only as I found it to more of a filler. I must admit I do prefer to read more informational/text book style writting when it comes to looking for solutions to problems. All in all it offered some solid info. If your looking for a few nonmedical or medication based solutions that could help you sleep better. Then I would say this worth a read.
